First and foremost Brooker’s Founding Flavors Ice Cream serves Super-Premium quality ice cream and drinking chocolate products. Brooker’s distinguishes itself by delivering unparalleled, super-premium quality ice cream, well above the standard found at grocery stores, all college creameries, and most other ice cream parlors. The ice cream we make and serve at Brooker’s Founding Flavors Ice Cream is “Super-Premium,” which is the highest FDA quality ranking. The FDA does not have a higher quality ranking than that of Brooker’s ice cream. The FDA’s Super-Premium quality ranking is determined by the highest level of cream for creamy texture, lowest level of air for density, and highest quality level of ingredients. We make all of our own ice cream using our proprietary recipes which utilize real vanillas, real chocolates, real fruits, and other top level ingredients.
Additionally, Brooker’s only uses fine quality chocolates, cocoa powders, and other flavor ingredients to make its Early American Hot Drinking Chocolate. The drink called ‘hot chocolate’ in the United States today is a much thinner, weaker and watery drink made from artificial powders rather than chocolate like what was used by the Founding Fathers and their contemporaries. Brooker’s Founding Flavors Early American Hot Drinking Chocolate enables people to enjoy the thicker, richer chocolate drink that the Founding Fathers loved so much. Brooker’s serves the hot chocolate drink that the Continental Congress included in the rations of America’s Revolutionary War Soldiers, that Benjamin Franklin sold at his print shop, and that Martha Washington served dignitaries at the presidential residence in New York City.

The theme is utilized in everything we do, including the retail signage, store decor, store music, employee costuming, product names, flavor names, and marketing.
